Ap Bromley (musically known as the artist Apathy) was born to teenage parents in a blue-collar, economically destitute section of Connecticut. He chose an entrepreneurial path in the music industry that would ultimately garner success and fans all over the world. After working with a bucket list of legendary musicians, signing with a major record label (Atlantic Records), and forming a lucrative independent music label, Ap started a family and prioritized home life over tour life.
While contemplating his next venture and investment outlet, he ran into an old friend who had become a successful Realtor. Ap was intrigued with the idea of working in Real Estate, quickly got his license, and deeply immersed himself in the field. His first 3 years were trial and error, trying to find the right fit to grow his business and lend his already successful brand. After traversing some of the most elite real estate circles, creating relationships with the world’s top-producing agents, and aligning himself with luxury marketing teams, Ap formed a partnership with David Morrell and Nathan Singh of Greater Property Group in Canada.
The team quickly worked to expand the brand to the United States and opened its first branch in Connecticut. Sandwiched in between Boston and New York City, the Constitution state was the perfect choice to plant a flag and begin the nationwide expansion. Ap was promoted to the designation of CGO (Chief Growth Officer) company-wide for Greater Property Group and brought the exceptional talents of two of the most promising, young agents in Connecticut to run the brokerage… Alex Tryon and Gabby Soper. The trio continues to raise the bar for CT, in the realms of marketing, branding, training, and carving out an indelible path of success for new agents and seasoned vets.
