Chansouda Kawaguchi’s real estate journey began in 1996, evolving through various phases of investing and personal growth alongside her husband, Shin. The transition back into real estate was sparked by innovations in digital currency, particularly Bitcoin, which aligned with her forward-thinking approach to investment. This led to her affiliation with Greater Property Group (GPG), where she found a brokerage that resonated with her innovative vision, including getting paid in Bitcoin and handling BTC transactions.

Today, Chansouda continues to explore real estate opportunities in Calgary, particularly in the neighborhoods of Glacier Ridge, Nolan Hill, and Sage Hill. Fluent in English and Lao, with a basic understanding of Thai, she brings a multicultural perspective to her work.
